Medicolegal Experience

 

I have been involved in medicolegal practice since 1989. I have acted as an Expert Witness in over 600 cases of noise induced hearing loss, acting for both claimants and defendants.  I also have experience of preparing medicolegal reports and acting as an Expert Witness in numerous cases of personal injury, hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo, nasal and sinus problems, Paediatric ENT and general Adult ENT issues.

I have been instructed by the General Medical Council, Medical Defence Union, Royal College of Nurses and many other organisations.

My instructions are approximately 50% Joint, 25% Claimant and 25% Defendant.

I have experience of acting as an Expert Witness advising the Court in cases of medical negligence.  I have experience of appearing in Court as an Expert Witness.
